Maybe someone sent you a post. Maybe you found me on Instagram or YouTube. Maybe you stumbled across this little corner of the internet while looking for answers about protein, weight loss, confidence, thrift shopping, autoimmune life, or simply trying to feel like yourself again.
However you got here, welcome!
The truth is, I don’t have life all figured out. I’m just sharing what I’ve learned while losing more than 340 pounds, navigating autoimmune challenges, rebuilding my confidence, and learning how to take care of myself in ways that actually fit real life.
Some days that looks like hitting my protein goals. Some days it looks like a walk around the neighborhood. Some days it looks like finding a shirt at the thrift store that makes me feel good again. And some days it looks like giving myself a little more grace than I did yesterday.

That’s really what this space is about.
Not having all the answers. Just having honest conversations about the things we’re all trying to figure out.
