I’m so glad you’re here!
At my core, I’m a wife, mom, grandma, leader, and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people.
My husband is my best friend, my grandchildren keep me grounded, and family has always been the center of my world, even during life’s messiest seasons.

Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats, but a few things have remained constant:
I’ve lost more than 340 pounds and learned that the biggest transformations happen on the inside.
I believe confidence has very little to do with a clothing size and everything to do with how you feel about yourself.
I live with autoimmune challenges and understand that wellness doesn’t always look the same from one day to the next.
I love thrift shopping because every great find feels like a treasure hunt.
I’ve spent much of my life helping others navigate challenges, grow through difficult seasons, and discover what they’re capable of.
I value authenticity over perfection and meaningful connection over appearances.
Why I Started This Space
For years, people have asked me questions about weight loss, protein, confidence, thrift shopping, changing bodies, saving money, and life in general.
Most of those conversations start the same way:
“Hey Annalee…”
This space is where those conversations live.
I’ll share what’s helping, what I’m learning, the mistakes I’ve made, the lessons I’ve gained, and the practical things that make everyday life a little easier.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because I know how powerful it can be when someone says, “Me too.”
