Ingredients
  

  • 1 ready-to-drink protein shake (30g protein) — your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 T PB powder
  • 1 scoop Premier Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Ice fill the blender pitcher about halfway
Optional Add-Ins
  • Cold brew coffee I brew fresh and keep it in the fridge for smoothies
  • Sugar-free creamer to taste
